We provide wheel refurbishment and related automotive services.

All work is completed using reasonable skill and care.

4. Quotations

All quotations are:

• Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Subject to inspection of the wheels.
• Subject to additional charges where undisclosed damage is discovered.

5. Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

6. Prices

Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.

7. Payment

Payment is due in accordance with the agreed terms.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Cash
• Klarna (subject to approval)

Where Klarna is selected, the finance agreement is between you and Klarna.

8. Klarna Finance

Finance is subject to status and affordability.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be UK residents.
• Meet Klarna's eligibility requirements.

Finance approval is determined solely by Klarna.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Removing personal belongings from vehicles.
• Collecting vehicles when notified.
• Inspecting completed work before leaving where reasonably possible.

10. Wheel Condition

Some wheels may have:

• Previous repairs
• Corrosion
• Structural damage
• Hidden defects

We cannot guarantee every wheel is suitable for refurbishment until inspected.

Where safety concerns exist, we may refuse refurbishment.

11. Colour Matching

Whilst every effort is made to achieve an accurate finish, slight colour variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, previous repairs or age.

12. Completion Times

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

13. Collection

Customers should collect completed work promptly.

Storage charges may apply where items remain uncollected for an extended period after notification.

14. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for the period stated at the time of sale, subject to:

• Normal road use.
• Proper maintenance.
• No accident damage.
• No chemical abuse.
• No misuse or neglect.

The warranty does not cover kerb damage, impact damage, corrosion caused by external factors, racing or off-road use, or fair wear and tear.

15. Returns

Products must be returned unused unless faulty.

Custom-made or refurbished items may not be eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method where applicable.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Fraud.
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of opportunity.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supply shortages, industrial disputes or acts of God.

18. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, photographs, branding and written material remain the property of Weston Wheels Refurb Ltd unless otherwise stated.

19. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Upload malicious software.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
