Service Area

Our mobile wheel refurbishment service is available only within selected postcodes.

Availability is subject to location and scheduling.

Access Requirements

Customers must provide:

• Safe, level working ground
• Adequate space around the vehicle
• Safe access for our service vehicle
• Permission where required (private land, workplaces etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse work if the working environment is considered unsafe.

Weather Conditions

Mobile refurbishment is weather dependent.

Appointments may be postponed due to:

• Heavy rain
• Strong winds
• Freezing temperatures
• Extreme heat
• Unsafe working conditions

We will rearrange appointments at the earliest available opportunity.

Power Requirements

Some mobile services may require access to a standard electrical supply.

Where this is necessary, customers will be informed in advance.

Vehicle Condition

The vehicle must be clean enough for inspection.

Heavy dirt, excessive brake dust or mud may prevent work from being completed.

Additional cleaning charges may apply.

Work Disclaimer

As with workshop refurbishment:

• We cannot guarantee every wheel will be restored to a factory-new appearance.
• Existing corrosion, previous repairs, pitting and structural damage may remain visible.
• Some finishes cannot be perfectly replicated outside a controlled workshop environment.
• Mobile repairs are intended to provide a high-quality cosmetic restoration but may not achieve the same finish as a full workshop refurbishment in every case.

Where we believe a wheel requires workshop refurbishment to achieve the best result, we will advise the customer before commencing work.

Customer Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the work upon completion.

Any concerns should be raised before the technician leaves the site wherever reasonably possible.

Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation charge where travel or preparation costs have already been incurred.

Safety

Our technicians reserve the right to stop work immediately where they believe continuing would be unsafe.

This includes unsafe locations, aggressive behaviour or hazardous environmental conditions.
